Toshiba Satellite 220CDS laptop info needed

OK you older people, have an old Toshiba Satellite 220CDS laptop that I need some help with. Looking for the key
stroke to get you into the bios setup mode on the computer.
Second, I an looking on how to get a floppy drive that can be used to boot the computer from. It currently has
a CD drive in the slot where you would expect to have the floppy drive. Anyone have a floppy drive laying around
that will fit this laptop?
Messed up the booting files of the hard drive and now have a laptop that is non responsive.
