Guys,

What's is this?

1805799P02 POT CTRL SW, ANALOG SABER

I can't find anything similar in Saber SM.

Any ideas?

Im only making a guess.. but im pretty sure it a switch, possibly the volume switch from a saber......

But why not Channel or Rocker?

im basing my guess on the above... if its a pot, it would be the volume switch.....

well guys? am I a moron for my thoughts?

If POT means POTENTIOMETER, I agree, it looks very much like VOL SWITCH.

Motorola parts prefix of 18 is for a potentiometer, a switch has a prefix of 40. In this case, you have the volume pot which contains the on/off switch. It received the 18 prefix due the the description leading with pot then ending with switch. If the description had said "switch, control pot", the prefix would have been 40.
