We have several WPLN4114 Impress chargers that we got with
our XTS2500's.

We have been using the Icom ICF50v's, and our users are very happy
with the weight/size ratio, and don't want to use the XTS radios.

Sooo, I'm looking for ways to make the XTS more interesting to them.

One way would be to use one of the HT1250 Li-Ion batteries that
are quite a bit slimmer than the huge Nimh batteries that we got
with the XTS. I got a couple of the Impress Li-Ion batteries. They
are lighter, but no smaller. I understand that the talk time will be
reduced from the larger batteries.

Is there an adapter that can be used with the Impress charger that
will allow the HT1250 batteries to be charged?

Should have got the Li-Ion XTS2500 batteries.

NNTN 7335A. I have had ZERO complaints about battery life from my users on a 8 to 10 hour shift.
I'm pretty sure there is no adaptor for the impress charger but could be wrong...........

I got a couple of them. Much lighter, but about the same physical size
as the Nimh standard.

I suggest telling the users to put on their big-girl panties and man up. The 2500, especially with a LiIon battery, is pretty light and compact.

Another option - take an MX350-S with the long battery and big antenna. Tell them that, if they keep whining, you're going to give 350s to everyone!
