Maxtrac 800 codeplug corrupt?

Guys,
Got 2 Maxtrac's that are in the 800Mhz range that it looks like somebody forced a conventional c/p into a trunking unit.
The reason for my thinking on this is that when read by Maxtrac RSS 05.01 it shows conventional frequencies, at a total of 11 entries, but I can't scroll through them with the system/subfleet buttons like I can with other radios. I have two other (good) 800 and 900Mhz radios that have a similar button setup that works.
Any ideas?
Regards,
-Frank C.

Try reading the radio and see what is programmed into them. You may be seeing exactly how
the radio was set up.

I've read the radio. It has the default 851.000Mhz as tx/rx in each channel...

Sounds like you need to program the radio for other channels.

Now I've done that, the only problem I'm having (hence this whole thread) is I can't scroll through the channels...

I am not trying to be funny, but have you checked the functionality of the buttons to make sure they are
working? There is not much that can go wrong with those radios. Don't have a manual right in front of me
to tell you where to look. You might find something by doing a search on the web. Maybe repeater builder
might have a diagram your looking for on the front panel.

I've punched, multiple times, all the buttons on the front...Sadly I don't see a front panel/button area in the RSS. Time to head over to RBTIP again...
EDIT: These radios are of the D35MWA5GC3AK family...

You can try looking here for a service manual.
http://www.mods.dk/manual.php?brand=motorola
get the 6880102W84 manual and on page 57 of the 1 of 4, you will find the front panel information.
