How are people modding the csv file exported from CPS, excel saves the file and adds crap to it that CPS dont like. I tried some other freeware apps but most dont like a copy and paste from an excel spreadsheet.

Export to Applications means exactly that. It's designed to export a file with standard delimiters that you can then parse with another application you've written. Just because Excel understands the delimters doesn't mean it's going to know what to do with the data.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
