MCS2000 146-170 out of band with CPS? HELP!!!

Hey All,
I have a 110 watt VHF MCS 2000 I want to program below the 146 range. I have CPS 02.02.00 and the radio model is M01KLM9PW6AN. What do I need to do to get this thing down. I have read post after post but cannot figure it out. It seems that some folks have edited the CPS exe file but unsure what line I need to change and what values to put in its place to make it do what I want it to do.
