Batboard

I've already searched this forum, didn't find what I wanted, so here goes, have a NTN1171a charger for my mt2000 portable, the green led stays on indicating charge complete, no matter what the condition of the battery. I know there isn't much we can fix, but does anybody know where I can find a schematic for this charger? I see three to-220 type power devices on the pcb, plus a few other ICs, including a controller chip. No obvious indications of failed components, any ideas? I don't want to put much money into the charger.

I do not think there is any roadmaps (schematics) for those chargers as the were made by Astec. Even contacting the Astec people they do not have any and refer us back to Motorola. So much for NON Motorola made accys.....
