I have an HT1250 VHF model. When I turn it on, I get a constant beeping sound. It lasts until I key the mic or press one of the function buttons on the radio. I've checked the CPS but can't find the remedy. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like someone set the alarm on the radio, its done through the menu look for reminder alarm and turn it off.
