Firmware Files

Can anyone tell me what the difference is in the 128k, 256k and 512k waris firmware files? Are the for different models?

Those are the base firmware packages. The flash software augments the base package with the Tanapa specific file in the upgrade process.
It then erases and reprograms the Atmel chip with the combined file.
