Jedi MUC NTN1177 4 revisions ?

Anyone know the major differences on the NTN1177 revisions ? (Looks like they made A B C D and E so far) 
If I'm thinking straight, maybe the original A and B models have what I would call smaller cup sizes as to only accomodate jedi series versus the later models that could hold a complete XTS series with battery. My PD has a few 1177 style gang chargers some of which date back to 1996 for the Jedi models along with newer 2000 era 1177 style that could do their XTS3000's.
