MCS2000 Flashcode question

Post by MP 6.7 »

I'm looking at an MCS2000 that has a 000008-000000-2 flashcode which translates to H38/G51 Smartzone Operation. This might be a dumb question, but I never have definitively heard or read an answer. Will it do conventional as well, or is it confined to trunking only?

Cool, thanks! I have one that has a 000001-000000-9 flashcode which is conventional only. Wasn't sure if the flashcode had to say conventional to do conventional, kind of like the firmware in an old trunking Maxtrac.
