Guys,

I'm trying to help a friend get QCII set up on RX in his XTS2500. He claims that the radio unmutes on the page, but he gets no alert (just the voice of the dispatcher).

I've checked his codeplug & see that he has the radio set up with both 'Call Alert Decode' & 'In-Call User Alert Enable' both turned on in the personalities he has configured, and the only sounds disabled are the keypad tones.

Any ideas what to check next?

did you ever get anywhere with this?
