Batboard

I had a friend give me a /\/\otorola Radio, Model # is FUD1601BH. It has no front, nor any place for one to go!

Has a molex on the back for connections, says 136-174 VHF

Anyone know what this was for, looks like it was meant to be mounted in a cabinet with the radio out of site.
