Gin Pole Video?

I am putting together a small class for some new techs and have been looking for a video on gin pole use. I thought for sure there would be something online, but I find nothing. Has anyone seen anything for erecting Rohn 45 type towers? I found one on YouTube for dismantling (maybe I can run it backwards)
