MTX9250 question

Posted this in General disscusion to, guess it'll make more sense to post it here since it has something to do with 900MHz. I have a MTX9250 that has a weak P.A in it, and a MTX950 that is in great shape. How hard is it to transplant the good P.A from the MTX950 to the MTX9250? Is it also possible to Turn the MTX950 into a MTX9250, if the latter can be done, it would make life alot easier.
