Motorola XTS3000: M2 in M3 housing, how to upgrade?

Hey All,
I have a flawless motorola xts3k m2 in a m3 housing. The keypad and hardware is there, just doesn't show up in the cps as a m3.(because it isn't). How can this upgrade be done, who can I get I done by, and how much does something like this cost? Thanks in advance!
