XTL2500 - VHF- No PA Output

Hi Folks,
Was talking on the 2500 this afternoon, and all of a sudden I couldn't hit
the repeater
It does receive ok, and with a handheld on a talk-around channel, I did hear
a carrier & voice when I transmitted. Soooo, looks like there's something in
the PA that's not quite right.
Opened it up, and see a small 4 pin device (SMT) right next to one of the
transistors that looks like the smoke was let out of. It's marked either '05v',
or 'G5v'. Wondering what the part is & what it's function in the circuit is.
This is the only SMT semiconductor device that is next to one of the xstrs.
Anybody have a scan of the schematic for that part of the PA?
Thanks,
Tim
