Just for FYI,
I built a cable using the posted schematic. The cable could not read the station. The DB-9 side is correct (Pins 2,3 and 5). It would appear that the (RJ-45] pin-out side (2,3,4) is incorrect. I found another diagram which shows the RJ-45 side as pins (5,6,7). So, DB-9 (2) to RJ (6), DB-9 (3) to RJ (7) and DB (5) to RJ (5). I changed the connections to these pins and now the station reads fine. Hopefully, this can be corrected on the page.

Motorola numbers the pins on the RJ45 jacks backwards.

Cheers to them for wasting hours if my night building a useless cable.
