xts 5000 channel announcement problem

I'm having trouble enabling the Channel announcement in the CPS. I do have options Q806,Q446 using Ver 09 cps. When i try to click on it, i get some kinda of a sunglass icon. Am i doing something wrong?

Strange, should be either available or grayed out. Do you have the read/write voice files checkbox selected under File menu, view, options?

That's what the issue is. I was having this problem earlier today. Under options you have to enable read/write voice files like the other member mentioned - that will take the glasses away.
