Looking for some help here. How does one go about getting software from motorola Legally of course and is it a lot of paperwork. I recently had no luck with a local shop here and know how to use the software from prior employment. Just want to know if this an option in that motorola will sell it to me.

Motorola will sell most any software, and you license it from them directly - not through a dealer.

Not a lot of paperwork at all...I registered over the phone to get an MOL account. They were more than happy to oblige.

When I set up our account a few months ago, there were a few hoops to jump through, but only because we are a municipality and are tax exempt. If I had been doing it for myself or a business without the tax exempt issues, it would have been quite easy.
