XTS/XTL v15.00.08 - issues

Has anyone noticed some quirky issues with the 15.00.08 firmware?
I have several XTL5ks (O5 head) that are running 15.00.08 that exhibit issues with the talk permit tone. In some cases the talk permit is not heard when the PTT is pressed. Other XTL5ks (O5 head)that are used as data modems are now experiencing issues when powering up and displaying Maintenance Mode.
Anyone else seeing these issues?
