RSS and fireware question

Post by eagle844 »

I have been searching for a list of the RSS and firmware compatibility. I read somewhere that a version of RSS can only program up to a certain version of firmware.
Is there a table stating the RSS and firmware version it can read?

Thanks,
Mike

No.

What you need to know is what is the last version of software that was used to program the radio. As a general rule, if the radio was last programmed with software verison 9, you need at least version 9 software to read/write the radio.
Lowband radio. The original and non-complicated wide area interoperable communications system
