Minitor Question

Post by bayfire300 »

Hello everyone,
My vol f/d uses radios(ht 1250's) w/ QCII for paging .......I'd rather have a Minitor.
Our fire tones are A/B and our EMS tones are A/B/C/D.both are on the same frequency.
Do I need a 2 ch Minitor w/ 4 position switch?.......What I would like to do is be able to turn OFF the EMS tone at night and only get the FIRE tones. Then both during the day.
Any info greatly appreciated
Thanks
Otto

Single channel model supports up to 8 call tones. Also supports up to 4 group calls in addition to that. Also supports on/off duty by call tone. In short, single channel model should be able to meet your requirements.

3's are synthesized . Many were recalled due to non-alerting and even some that were replaced found their way back to market.
