Step One: Press and Hold the Mon button and you should hear noise in the speaker.

Step two check for a Handset setting in the RSS, that would mute the speaker. It should be set to OFF.

Yeah, if memory serves me, when people connected an external speaker to the M1225 the "internal" speaker was still connected also.
So, some people opened the case and either cut the wires or unplugged the internal speaker.
The "Step One" test above should tell you. If there is ANY noise coming out of the radio, then you at least have a speaker.
If not, then either open the radio and see if the speaker is disconnected or go to the Batlabs site and look under radio specific info to
get the pinout for an external speaker.
If you get noise in the speaker, but no RX of a proper on freq signal, then the radio might have other problems.

yes the speaker is working fine, when on monitor i opened it its connected inside also i will check again with the rss for the mute speaker option but i don't see the little lightning icon(RX) when i TX with my 2nd radio....

frequency are the same and no RX

thanks for your quick replies i really appreciate

still no luck will try every solution i get, is there an option in rss that would block the radio from receiving?

"Frequencies are the same and no RX" can mean that you have either PL or DPL set for receive in one or both radios, so dig into the software and be certain that both radios are set for CSQ in both receive and transmit. If that doesn't work then go through the software thoroughly for one channel and check ALL of settings in the program.

OK he has a speaker connected and working.

Seems the RX is not receiving as there is no BUSY indicator.

Next is to check if the second oscillator is working, the one that is used for the second mixer in the RX.
Then check the actual RX injection frequency from the RX VCO.
