I am trying to program a Motorola Astro spectra UHF for a trunk system. They told me that the radio has to have a connect tone of 76.76 and the closest this radio will get to that tone is 76.60. Does anyone know if it is possible to get the radio to work on 76.76?

Use what you got and see what happens. Tone tolerance is generally +/- 5hz.
