XTS 5000 fail code 01/A0

Does anyone know what this fail code is . It is a XTS 5000 UHF Model 3 radio it shows Fail 01/A0 on powerup
01/A0: ABACUS Tune failure Fatal Error, Turn the radio off, then on.
Assuming you're seeing this one on Ebay.....
