HELP:CM300 Codeplug Error

HI
I ran into a problem when I was writing to a Motorola CM 300 UHF radio.
Before the radio was finished being wrote to I unplugged the programming
cable from the radio when there was only about 90% of the writing was done
and now I have a message that comes up on the computer when I try to read or
write to the radio. It says "Codeplug Error #2436, Codeplug is corrupted
contact customer service center".
Now when I try and turn on the radio it beeps as normal but there is no display and what sounds like unsqulched audio from the speaker when the volume is turned to full.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

if it's under warranty send it back. You might try to update the firmware if it will let you but that's just a 50/50 chance

I Have this Program Motorola CM Firmware Kit R03.03.04 with Codeplug R06.02
do you think that will help me or Not?

you should be ok with that as long as that firmware is newer than what's already in your radio. You'll also need the flash adaptor. The worst that will happen is it won't work

Frankly.. i don't know what i can do in this problem,I don't have "Flash Adapter",i just have RIB,is there any way to solve this problem without Flash Adapter..please help me

You can build your own flash adapter the schematics are on the main batlabs site I believe

if you've never done an flash upgrade and don't have the adaptor maybe see if you have somebody local to you that can help you out and show you. Where are you located?

i found schematic of Flash Adapter and this will help me, i can make it. and i know a steps of Upgrade from firmware software, i will try, and i will tell you what happen with me.
now, i looking for firmware software as in my device, if you can help me to find it,please tell me.

I think he's trying to say he's looking for the firmware version already in his radio? If so just read the radio and the cps will tell you what firmware is in it already on the radio information page.

i found codeplug and firmware version in my archive.
firmware ver: 3.01.01
codepluge ver: 5.01

Umm, yeah that would work if he didn't already have a corrupted codeplug...

They're all pretty well the same...don't worry about the 'B' position, just put the switch in to short pin 25 to ground, ignore the pin 12. Make sure to short pins 1 & 7 though, it isn't shown in the batlabs diagram.

i made Flash Adapter "HLN9742" BUT i want know if it support CM300 because i read in note with Motorola CM Firmware Kit R03.03.04 with Codeplug R06.02 that it is want Flash Adapter (FKN8096A).

you are correct, the hln9742 is for the ht/cdm1250 series. The adaptor for that radio goes on the end of your maxtrac cable. if you get me your email address i'll send you the correct pinout for the cm300
