CDM1250 scanning

Post by NewJerseyBill »

I'm trying to figure out how to set up scanning so Priority 1 is channel select, and priority 2 is Channel 1. It is well documented for the Spectras, but can't find it in the CDM1250 RSS manual or software. Can it be done??

Thanks, Bill.

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

yes you can do it, first go to the radio configuration box and click on the scan tab and check the two boxes that say priority scan and scanned channel discovery. Close that and open the scan list and go to the general tab and check the priority 1 first scan list member and then check priority 2 secoend scan list member. then go to the list tab and use the drop down box under personality and assign "selected" to that box. Then go down one more and use the drop down box and select "conventional 1" or whatever personality you want to be the 2nd priority. finish up your list and assign that list to one or all of your personalities and write that to the radio. then press the scan button and it should be working.
