I am attempting to upload a brand new CDM1250 and I keep getting the following message "Codeplug version not supported by CPS." and "Unable to create layout for modelIndex 1, versionIndex-1, cpStdVersion 03.00". What does this mean? I am currently running CPS version R06.11.10.

Most likely you'll find that the factory-installed codeplug structure is too new for your version of the CPS and the CPS doesn't recognize/know how to handle it. The current version is R06.12.02.
