MC2500 HLGT

Would someone be able to help solve my problem? The MC2500 Desktop controller will not send HLGT on channels 1 & 3 while 2 & 4 operates normally. I have configured through software all channels to be on TONE, on either 2 wire or 4 wire. What component should be suspected?
