Ribless Jedi Cable adapt to GM950Plus?

Situation:

I have a number of MTX838 H01SDD9DB4AN that I have set up with current 40Ch 25Khz (and the new 80ch 12.5Khz) UHF CB system(s).
I have a 3rd party 'Ribless' adapter attached to an old Pentium 1 box running Win95 and in DOS mode the RSS for the Jedi works just fine.

I have recently acquired some s/h GM950Plus 4ch UHF boxes (AZM34SHE20E4AA) which I think cover the 476/477Mhz UHF CB Band. I hope to use in that realm in the next few days. I've ordered a GM950 specific standalone cable and (as a hedge against the future) a plain vanilla RIB, but they will take some weeks to get here.

There are 3 wires that the ribless Jedi programmer takes to the connector on the radio. GND, BUS+ and BUSY (BUSY is shown with a horizontal bar over the word which I assume means NOT).

The GM950/950Plus seems to tie Pin 1 and 3 together via a 1k pullup, which goes back to the RIB as well, so I assume the ribless adapter wouldn't care if I don't connect back, I assume it's to switch the radio to programming mode. What I want to know is, if I pick up the GND, BUSY and BUS+ leads from the Jedi connector (not hard) where do I connect these on the GM950 to get it working? GND and BUS+ are marked and seem to be straight forward. So I just need to know if I need the BUSY and if so, where does it go? I can also use the accessory connector on the back, if that's easier, but it seems to be just the same programming connections. RSS is sorted, this is purely a hardware/connectivity issue and I thought I would ask the gurus here if it's plausible before risking bricking the radios or the ribless adapter.

Connect only Bus+ and GND with the ribless cable!
Pin1 of the sub-d plug is GND,Pin15 is BUS+.
The 1k resistor must be in programming cable.

Ok, thanks. By Sub D I assume you mean the accessory connector? So I connect BUS+ to Pin 15 and GND to Pin 1 there. Which two pins on that connector get the 1K resistor between them or should I do that between Pin 1 and Pin 3 on an RJ45 in the mic socket?

No,I mean the SUB-D connector from the RIB to the programming cable.
