Batboard

Hi Everyone, I just bought a HT1250 model AAH25KDH9AA6AN. I can read the radio with R06.04.00, but when I go to write the radio it gives me a EEPRM HW ERROR. I can take the battery off for a few hours and it reverts back to its old configuration. What is going wrong? Is it me or the radio? Thanks so much
