Hello,
I have two CDM1550's I would like to use as my feed radios on Radioreference.... How would I go about doing so since the radios have no audio out ports?
Also, Does anyone know what part number the metal attachment that goes directly to the XTS5000 battery is? I am referring to the belt swivel piece that goes onto belts. D shaped.
Thank you for your time.

I believe that you will find the RX fixed audio level on pin 11 of the rear accessory connector. This is the 4th pin from the right on the bottom row as you look at the rear of the radio. Ground is on pin 7. This is 2 more pins to the left of pin 11 on the bottom row (6 from the right).
A word of caution, this pin will have a DC bias voltage on it. You would be advised to couple this audio through about a 1 uf capacitor to prevent what ever you connect to it from shorting this bias voltage to ground.

Correct, that is a line output and it is not affected by the radio's voulme control.
