PYRAMID SVR 200 these work great i have close to 100 in service and see seldom failures. you can do in band or out of band. they put out 3.5 watts to the portable and will hook to most any Motorola radio .pyramidcomm.com check them out they work.
Re: In car repeater
I second this. I use the SVR 200 in a truck (UHF SVR to VHF Mobile) and it works very well. 100% reliable.ki4iwd wrote:PYRAMID SVR 200 these work great i have close to 100 in service and see seldom failures. you can do in band or out of band. they put out 3.5 watts to the portable and will hook to most any Motorola radio .pyramidcomm.com check them out they work.

If you are using this for law enforcement go with the svr200. They have great technical support, you get to talk to a real technician if you have a problem. If this is just one unit then I would suggest going with a rick module and a cdm750. It has a better receiver than the svr200 and better protection against d-sens.

If you have a XTL5000, the VRS750 is plug and play. I use 2 of them.

I agree. Made in the USA, tech support in the USA (California), excellent documentation on their website, etc.
They fit the bill and they have thousands out there in service.
