What is the FW version in radio? Upgrade it to the latest first. I remember the situation with XTS3000 where display mfg. was changed and required new driver to work. Driver is part of firmware package. I can't guarantee, it's just my expirience with another series radio.

Erase? It's is flash erase! Why you did that? There is no codeplug erase in Motorola TETRA.

It's near impossible to restore your radio. You will need FLASH cable and kernel upstart file, and probably boot file. Two last are factory service center available only.

Your issue is not with the pinouts, it's with what the cable is telling the Cisco router to provide. When you connect a DTE cable to the Cisco it flip-flops all the signal paths, and your outbounds become inbounds (and vice-versa.)
