Hi, I was recently setting up a VHF XTS5000R Model 3 (I've had it for 4 years but just now noticed this) to have the DTMF Mic enabled. That's in Conventional Personality under the TX Options tab.. It kinda goes a step beyond "Hot Keypad" and enables the keypad even without the PTT pressed....

my firmware is 2.13 and they all do the narrowband 2.5khz spacing.. I'm not sure what year or version they went to the narrowband capability, but all 3 of these will do it.. i have an older MT2000 with 2.00 FW and it DOESN'T do the narrowband..

Well, I, of course, didn't take a photo of BATT on the menu, because I didn't think it was a big deal at the time.. but I can guarantee that it was on the menu and did work... the battery meter also displayed the whole time when an IMPRES battery was attached.. When you tried to put the 155.4675 it gave me the "Not capable of 2.5khz spacing, upgrade firmware" error.. but when I put the 154.6875 into the input, it worked great.. no error and right on freq when transmitting..

Hey, I have a Saber I model # H99QX + 053H and factory id H43QXN7139CN First, I can't find what the H99QX+053H means(I see alot of references to it, but not exactly what it means), but from what I read off the factory ID decoder this is a 6 watt 136-174 radio.. but the guy I bought it from swears up...
