I realise that problem is on the "Receiver" board. I replaced with a working Receiver board and now it's working great. I have no time to find problem on Receiver board but suspecting about 10.7 Mhz Xtals. Voltage regulators just fine on the board and no short-circuits. Any idea?

One of my friend who works in Motorola Distributor advise me that 2 simultaneous voice channels in simplex mode will be possible by next firmware upgrade (I guess firmware v1.
. Radios will syncronise the timeslots by themselfs. It is a good news if it is correct.

I just repaired my R2600. Now it is working great.
Let me share what I did, maybe it will be usefull for someone:
I resolder all companents on the controller board including ICs, resistors, capacitors and transistors and then cleaned the board by alcohol carefully.

HLN3333 RICK settings can be change by internal 12 pin dipswitch. This basic repeater controller is not PC programmable or remote accessing with DTMF commands.

Interesting! I just repaired a GP388 radio which had same problem like your radio. When I turn the radio off starts to beep (power up alert tone) about every five seconds. I changed Q400 mosfet as I decribed above and radio works fine now!

I just found a short circuit on the "Frequency Standard" board (10 MHz reference board). Reason was a damaged capasitor. I changed the capasitor and my R2600 started to work! Great!
