ding!!! give the man a prize...... I pulled the cover off of the rotary switch yesterday and there was a crack across the top of the unit. Got a new one from motorola dealer and it works again. Thanks again

I have a 2 channel GP-300 that seems to be acting like a 1 channel radio. Everything I enter into ch-2 seems to be accepted and in fact appears when the radio is read. However, channel 2 can not be made different than channel 1. I tried making it into an 8 channel radio but all 8 acted like channel ...
