Why is the FDNY using Analog if they have xts 3500 digital radios? I have heard that there was some sort of problem with their radios and that is why M discontinued the xts3500/

RSS MOD
You need to mod the RSS with a hex editor. The instructions are here on Batlabs. But basically open the odb file (if I remember correctly) then do a search for your band limit and change 470.0000 to something like 480.0000.

Astro Comm won't unmute!
Hi, this is the first time that I am trying to listen to an Astro frequency. I programmed it into the Astro Saber, and the only way to hear it is by pressing the monitor button? Any ideas?
Are there netwok ID in Astro that you need to know?
If there are how do you com across tis information?

Not a bad deal BUT.......
$275 for software and 3 years of upgrades is not a bad deal at all. Its actually pretty good, BUT. The problem is that they make you run around faxing and mailing agreements, they investigate you, then they decide if they sell to you. That is stupid, all I want to do is prog a radio. If I want to ...

If I had a codeplug of a radio with the same model and flash that was written with earlier RSS can I just write it into the radio and then be able to work in 9.0.2? Do I have to clone it into the radio or just write it normally?
Secondly, if the above is possible, does anyone have such a codeplug ...
