You need to program the data channel as a conventional channel.
You may be able to add one with it like it is.

I load my radio's codeplug (404-420 mhz range) and go into the bandsplit and try to change it, and it simply will not let me. Anyone get this to work?? If so state how and what version RSS you used to accomplish this.
