I have seen that when there is something different in the trunking system name.

Example:
Trunking System 1
TRUNKING SYSTEM 1

It will add because the CPS thinks it is a different system. If they are exactly identical in spelling, spacing, and capitalization then it should overwrite.

Programming Spectra through mic connector?

I know I have seen this before, but can't find it. Is it possible to program through the mic connector? It is just a pain with some of the consoles I deal with when some of these guys that install them don't leave enough slack to pull the radio out.

I have a VHF spectra that is giving me problems. First I was getting a Fail 001 code for a few days. Figured it out, but the only question I have since I haven't used Spectra RSS for awhile, is when you go into the zone list and you don't have any zones, if you press F3 Add Zone it asks to add zone at position. What do you enter there? I have tried 00,01,02, etc and all say not valid entry.

Once you drop through the floor to the frame, you can just follow the wires to the tail lights, they run along the frame as well. Be prepared to add cable, because the standard lengths won't make it all the way, if you route the right so they don't touch anything.
