I just tested R15.12.00 and can confirm it fixed the Multi System Scan issue. I'm not sure about the yellow ENC traffic LED issue, if I get a few today i'll check it out.

Firmware R15.12.00 should be released anytime now which is supposed to fix the Multi Scan issue.

Apparently i was the second person to open a case with Motorola in reference to this issue, hopefully they get it resolved in the next update. I didn't notice the issue until R15.

I just blasted a couple of radios this morning & will post back if there are any issues. Really wish we could get a 7.17 system upgrade so we could play with those features... over-the-air call list updating would be a Godsend. They still haven't resolved the issue which began with the first 15...

Most of the newer CPS will work fine with Vista or Windows 7 x86 32 bit, but with 64 bit I couldn't get any Astro CPS to work.

Does cycling the power on the radio cause it to re-affiliate with the system? I was doing some reading here and we are having the same problem with it not un-muting for a few seconds and the local tech's told us to cycle the power on the radio. Hopefully it's just a firmware issue that will be fixed soon. I imagine this is a major problem for public safety if there radio will not unmute for the first few seconds.

762.00625 should be correct, thats what they're using on our 700mhz system in my area. So your saying if I program a radio the normal way for a 9600 trs and the radio doesn't affiliate it wont unmute but if I program it like your above post then it should unmute? I was wondering if anyone knows how to make TX inhibit work with an Astro Spectra being used as a base? In the programming under ignition switch I selected TX inhibit and the other option is PTT TX inhibit and im not sure how to make this work. Thanks

I have had this problem many times with XTS3000s and Astro Sabers and have never used advanced system keys. Sometimes it will do it alot and sometimes it wont do it at all.
