the internal 1000 modulation audio stopped but the saw tooth works so does the rest of unit works fine
what would look at? to finnd problem

The deviation meter works fine but all zeros are on... meter moves for input level ....but no frequency display
anyone has one of these or know what i can look for or where to send for repairs

yes I know what extenere is I had it on a lowband mocom years ago
this is a maxtrac 6 channel vhf has buttons ,,select ? exit mon and up and down arrows
it works fine I am trying to get to scan but also asking what are these buttons ,,select and exit

I went ahead and ordered a rib box and proper cable for it we will see

I know where the two recessed contacs are what one is data from rib and I know rib ground goes to neg battery term
