have a dual head pm1500 vhf mobile. i have the mdc programmed for keyup. after the sidetone there is an additional short beep . i do not have the short side tone selected. anyone know what this is?

heres one for yuh. mcs2000 uhf 450-520 trunk mount, basic head 50 watt. when the mic is on the hook the radio has audio, when i take it off hook there is no audio however the busy light is lit.

the scan will not funcion properly when i turn the squelch up. it will only stop on chanels with activity with the squelch just above open. does my radio need to be retuned possibly?

have a vhf spectra with a fail 999. no internal mods have been done to the radio, how do i clear this error?

just bought a 1550 ls - put some conventional freqs in it. however when i power the unit up i cannot seem to access them. it shows unprogrammed on the screen. i dont have any trunk systems in the radio yet. any help?

i am using my ht1000 in the 151 mhz range. it does not seem to like these freqs and sometimes appears to recieve and transmit off frequency. can i adjust it somehow?
