Just for clarification, I'm refering to the 7 soft-pot adjustments associated with the squelch threshold for the seven test frequencies.
Thanks

CDM series (fine) tuning question
I've acquired a cpl of rough around the edges CDM-1250 radios I'd like to tune up as spares for our main DMR machine, and was looking for guidance re the following:
1) Once the radio is set on frequency by adjusting the Reference Oscillator warp (F7 test freq), can I safely adjust the (7) soft-pot ...

Re: CDM1250 Flat Tx audio at mic connector
Thanks for the reply. I'm thinking to give Pin-2 a try. Looks like it may also work for flat tx-input.
I don't have specific info for the CDM1250 but normally the ACC options do not affect the mic input. The intent is to allow data or other applications requiring flat audio to be connected to ...

CDM1250 Flat Tx audio at mic connector
I have a CDM1250 that won't modulate when audio is applied to Pin 5 at the rear ACC connector. The mic however does work on the front with normal deviation on speech.
I was wondering if there's any way to set the Tx input at the front to "flat" similar to the options for pins 5 and 2 on the rear? In ...

Re: CDM1250 Front Control Head
I'm confused, are you saying the cct board contacts are worth the attempt to clean (isopropyl alcohol)? It sounded like you'd not had much luck trying this as per your earlier post. I'm still thinking it may be worth the effort given the relative ease getting at the front keypad.

Re: CDM1250 Front Control Head
I'm wondering about the option of disassembly and cleaning the keypad membrane with a bit of isoprop alcohol?

CDM1250 Front Control Head
I have a otherwise fully functional CDM1250 mobile with a defective front panel. The UP and Down buttons are not working. The other P1-P4 buttons all function correctly, Just cant toggle through the programmed channels. I have confirmed it is the front control face by swapping over another face from ...
