The trick is understanding that unlike some other companies, Ma' M has different programs for different radio families, indeed sometimes for different radios... 'After-the-fact' contracts have rarely been legally enforceable according to my cousin who is a copyright/IP attorney in CA. As they can not force you to accept their terms after the sale has been made. I fully agree that after-the-fact EULAs are crap, but this isn't what we are talking about here....

Get a boot disk and boot into 'real' DOS, not the Win DOS box. Windows does not let any process access the COM ports directly, and this screws up the hard-coded timing loops in most RSS.

And don't even get me started on the fact that you're using ME... :o
