HT1250 warm to the touch???
just below the 6 button keypad
the front of the case is warm about
9-11 warmer then the rest of the radio
any ideas????

i used a ribless cbale on a ht1250 with XP works just fine

i have the new cps and it does work VERY well !!!Read the radio with the bad checksum and follow the instructions.
It DID reset it to factory 1ch code plug

i have tried The Commander Mic that has the volume control and Emergency Button too and it DOES NOT work..if you got it to work please tell us how you did it...scott

Commander 2 mic has a channel selector on top....the mic DOES NOT WORK on a 2500 "per Motorola"

GOOD JOB "MOTOROLA" spend 100.00 on a mic that wont work on a mid teir radio....but works on a old mts2000....go figure

XTS2500/commander 2 mic ..problem

ok here it is...i have "M" Commander 2 mic...it does NOT work on my XTS2500 radio???? but a reg. jedi mic works just fine! does anyone have any idea why?
it ( the 5 k mic) works on the 5000 just fine

hello i am getting in xts2500, now my ?? is will my 5000 home charger and my travel charger will work on it or not??

he could only do so much when his boss was not around..they only charged me was for an EST. only but he did replace the "PA"

they did replace the "PA" i have the old 1 "so they say" all i had to do was pay the $50.00 bech fee...they guy who did the work is a friend so i know he did what he colud he only charged me for the EST. as for the re-tune i have no idea at this point i may just get rid of it cuz...

well got it back today......they replaced the "PA" and it still has some what low TX?? they told me it colud be either the VOCON or the TRANSCEIVER ??? there price is $650.00 for the VOCON board or $450.00 for the TRANSCEIVER..or thay can send it to the depo fpr 400.00 and they can fix it

from what i was told when i dropped my off at the "M" shop it is common on the older XTS5K for the "PA" to go out......mine was made Feb-04 ,,so i guess 5 years aint to bad.........but seems funny i have a mt500 on the same freq & pl wokrs A+ 100% with np problems.....

update...to it it the local M shop...they tested it and found no power out...he said it was a bad "PA"...what is was that when i keyed up on a repeater ch got nothing...but if i keyed up next to a scanner of other radio with same T/A freq & dpl it worked so i have no idea..so now i hav...

i have a xts5k uhf..yesterday it was working fine on all repeater ch.(4-14-09) now today the 15th i can NOT tx on any repeater ch....i tried blowing another code plug in it..tried diff. batts, tried to talk around /direct on a diff button with no change.....PLEASE ANT and ALL info will help

dude i am looking at my charger part # NTN8831A it does my saber as well as my xts5000,mts2000,ht1000 & all my jedi batts...

it will do all jedi radio (ht1000,mt & mts2000.mtx8000 ect.) as well as sabers

i have cps entry level pro. radio cps R02.02.00 and i was told that i can use it tp prog moto: ct150 ?
when i do read it it will show reading radio and then ERROR 4-1379
what does it mean or am i using the wrong cps
