Motorola MTX850 MDC1200 Signalling

Good morning,
I just finished to program the couple of my MTX850 in Conventional Mode.
I would also program the Signalling MDC1200 but this function in the menu is not accessible.
How do I access this feature?

I have two radios Motorola MTX850 AAH25UCC6GB3AN.
I have RIB, but i don't have the programming software for reprogramming them in conventional mode.
Somebody can help me.
