Doesn't seem that anyone has answered the OP's original question about the VHF Astro or Analog spectra. They use the same receiver preselector. OP you are going about this the wrong way. Find yourself a analog R split spectra and go from there. The Q band power amp and receiver preselector and VCO will never work on R band. Once you find your R split analog spectra then transfer the Astro Command board and vocon to the analog radio. Now you...

The capacitors leak and short out the command board. Take it from experience that is what is causing this.

Yep anytime you change channels you need to update your scan list. And also you can only scan 15 not 16 per zone.
