Saber 8D squelch delay

Hi,
i´ve a few Saber I with the 8d core. There is always a delay in the squelch when the radio rx. I also have a short delay when I press the PTT. Looks like a MDC 1200 problem. I don´t need the MDC. How can I turn that off?

Is the hirose side at the adapter equivalent? Can I use the same headset for Saber and Astro Saber, if there is an Hirose connector at the headset?

The Saber have 12 Ch and the MX 10 Ch (120 and 100). Most of Mx radios have the 5 tone and no encryption.
There is a special "MX" for german law enforcment, the MX3010 (2 Meter) and MX3013 (4 Meter). Both are 6d Sabers (not mx) with a very special software.

I´m from germany and you can buy all the motorola encryption stuff here (new). My problem is, that there are no uesd saber parts available here. And at ebay.com where it is available nobody want to shipp to germany. So if it is legal why is nobody shipping?

I made a repeater with two gm300 radios (back to back; bidirectional). The repeater is working fine, but when I use the mic at the radio there is just noise. Is there the possibility to use the Mic at the repeater?

I installed a switch to the ignition sens. So I can TX all time. And I can charge the radio over night and stop charging if I don´t use my car fore a few days.
